About This Archive

This website showcases over 6,500 postcards from my personal collection, issued or sold by more than 100 publishers. Each postcard is organized by publisher and series, offering a unique lens into Turkey’s visual and cultural history.

Due to limited publisher documentation, postcard dates are primarily derived from postmarks and visual clues. The collection spans views from current and former Turkish lands from 1870 to the 1930s.
